Vacation With the Entire Family!

We would be delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. As part of your stay, your pet will enjoy special treats at check in along with a “Pooch case” and pet sanitary items. A $25.00, plus taxes, per night pet fee will be added to your room.

To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines:

Please ensure that you use your “Do Not Disturb, Pet In Room” insert that is provided at check in. Place the card into the key slot of your guest room door for the duration of your stay while the pet is in the room.

Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property, unless it is in your room.

Please do not leave your pet unattended. If you plan to go out without your pet and require a pet sitter, please contact Guest Services for assistance. Guest services can also assist you with directions to the trails for walking your dog, where to buy pet supplies and veterinary care in Whistler.

We regret that pets are not allowed in anyof the food and beverage outlets, or the pool and fitness areas of the hotel (this exclusion does not apply to service animals). We do have a patio connected to the Cinnamon Bear Bar that pets are welcome to join their families.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property as well as in and around Whistler Village. For your convenience we have provided dog waste disposal bags. The receptacles are located at the front entrance of the hotel and the north entrance to the courtyard.

Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced.

Please contact the Guest Services to arrange for a convenient time to servicing your room by dialing "0". No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet inside, unless the owner is present. The pet owner should be in the room when it is cleaned if the pet is present.

You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel; it’s owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.

You have indicated your agreement by signing the Pet Registration Form provided at check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your account equal to the cost of such damages.
