Chef Owen-Mold has left his blueprint across the world creating original dishes and masterpieces using selections of the finest and freshest locally grown ingredients. He discovered his passion for cooking by working in restaurants in Europe, and later completed an apprenticeship program in London. From there, he worked in the kitchens of many popular establishments throughout Europe, Australia and Asia.
