Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa Cancellation Policies

WINTER:

Arriving January 1, 2017 to April 16, 2017 (inclusive)

Deposit: Full payment reflecting 100% of the value of the reservation including room rate and tax is required 14 days prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation: All reservations will be 100% non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. No-shows constitute cancellation. Changes within 14 days resulting in a reduced booking value such as shortening the stay, changing dates or changing room types will be non-refundable; therefore, no refunds will be issued. Changes resulting in an increase in booking value will require full payment of the difference at the time that the changes are made. Cancellations or changes made more than 14 days prior to arrival will not incur any penalties.

SUMMER:

Arriving April17, 2017 to December 14, 2017 (inclusive)

Deposit: Full payment reflecting 100% of the value of the reservation including room rate and tax is required 48 hours prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation: All reservations will be 100% non-refundable within 48 hours of arrival. No-shows constitute cancellation. Changes within 48 hours resulting in a reduced booking value such as shortening the stay, changing dates or changing room types will be non-refundable; therefore, no refunds will be issued. Changes resulting in an increase in booking value will require full payment of the difference at the time that the changes are made. FESTIVE:

Arriving December 15, 2017 to January 1, 2018 (inclusive)

Deposit: Full payment reflecting 100% of the value of the reservation including room rate and tax is required 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation: All reservations will be 100% non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. No-shows constitute cancellation. Changes within 30 days resulting in a reduced booking value such as shortening the stay, changing dates or changing room types will be non-refundable; therefore, no refunds will be issued. Changes resulting in an increase in booking value will require full payment of the difference at the time that the changes are made. Cancellations or changes made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not incur any penalties.

Arriving January 2, 2018 to April 7, 2018 (inclusive)
